Lifestyle Blogs
Here you will find lifestyle blogs from my free time. Or moments during my workday when I pause to search for ideas , inspiration, information, relaxation, and stress release. Moments when an idea appears and I want to try something new. Or those moments when I feel so inspired that I end up creating. For example my Four editions of humour handbooks – I was laughing from summer until December while preparing them.
Here in lifestyle blogs, are real-life moments. When I decide to detox from life, or when I take time off from digital and technology. My favorite parts of life. Lifestyle blogs are all mix of topics and things I like. Here, so you can enjoy with me.

What Are Lifestyle Blogs About?
Lifestyle blogs are about things I like, prefer, or sometimes do randomly – like technology, for example. But there is someone I love even more. My dog. My lovely beagle Jack – the most important part of my life. How I spend time with him, and why being a dog owner is so relaxing for me. Cozy moments even, when Jack has tough ones – like a child.
What energizes me the most? How do I recharge my batteries? Maybe you will find topics here that can be helpful in your own life.
There are so many things I want to do in a single day. I believe I am not the only one. There are never enough hours, so I create balance through the week. For example: I love taking care of my dog and going on long morning walks with him. It is good for me too. I enjoy calm mornings and good breakfast, hiking, yoga, relaxation. Moments for myself, friends and things I enjoy are mostly scheduled for weekends.
Honestly I also like to work. There is something about positive work stress that pushes me forward. I like discipline, challenges and learning. Work is my passion – when it is done right. I like starting my day with focus and clear tasks. I enjoy small self-challenges: What is the best I can do today? Am I satisfied with my day? What can I do for my own progress?
I believe we do not work only for a company. Whether we collaborate as employee, B2B, partners, or in other forms, we always work for ourselves too. Work and progress are my soul food – just like good results. =)
How I balance my workdays and weekends is self-compromise, adjusted week by week. You can find out more in my lifestyle blogs. =)
And how do I keep that balance?
My body is naturally a responsive sensor – just like yours. Lifestyle blogs may explain this more in the future, but here is a start. I try very hard not to ignore signals when something feels wrong in certain environments. Or, when something feels right. How I react is often my own response – or my body’s response. I try to reach before it is too late. Because I like myself, my personality, and I truly enjoy spending time with myself, as well as with my friends.
I like meeting new people and having meaningful conversations. I enjoy spending time with those who make me laugh from the bottom of my heart. It is rare, but I clearly show or say when I enjoy someone’s company – or when I do not. I never try to fit in if I am not welcome. I never try to be welcome if it is not honest. My inner sensors work like a scanner for people’s intentions – sometimes even scary for me. Still, I like it. It is called intuition. Most of the time, it protects me. And intuition also tells me when I do not need protection at all.
We are all part of different environments – or sometimes the same ones. We react, choose, and respond in our own ways, and that’s what makes us different. It is our responsibility to stand behind our decisions. What we do to others can sometimes cross boundaries – that’s why I mostly focus on myself. I make my own decisions. I react the ways I believe are best for me. Most of the time, I do not react to other people’s opinions.
What relaxes me may not work for you. What brings me joy might feel stressful to someone else. One example is DIGital entuziast. I love creating and testing my personal limits. But can you imagine someone asking you to build a website in three weeks? From scratch? Just for fun? 😅 I do not think digital is a passion for everyone.
Another example is hiking. It is hard to enjoy a 2,000-meter hike if you are doing it for the first time. It is the same with everything in life. What does your inner child want?
Do you know why I never had role models? Because I believe it is meaningless. Everyone has to discover what works best for them. From food and exercise to free time, work, people, and friendship. This is personal work you have to do yourself if you want to grow emotionally.
The brain is the biggest muscle our body has – do not forget to train it too. Reading and learning new things matter. We do not all like the same topic or literature, and that is perfectly fine. Choose what resonates with you. Knowledge upgrades can be surprisingly fulfilling. =) And there is so much more – topics that might be interesting, funny, helpful, or inspiring. Honest, raw, and broad. Sometimes influenced by scientists, researchers, or authors I admire. Sometimes simply by what I love to read, watch or listen to.
Welcome to my personal creative jungle – one I wouldn’t trade for anything. Welcome to my personal lifestyle blogs. =)
